Instructions of Rose Rhapsody Tea:
- In a small bowl, combine the black tea, rose buds, and lavender buds. Transfer to a glass jar for storage.
- To prepare, bring water to a boil. Place 1-2 tablespoons of the tea blend in an infuser or tea strainer.
- Pour the boiling water over the infuser into teacups.
- Allow to steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the infuser. Stir in honey to taste.

- Discard tea bags. Add milk and return to a simmer.

- Add freeze dried apples and strawberries, breaking them up into smaller pieces as well.
- Add chopped coconut and lemon peel.

- Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
- Steep tea and serve hot or iced with a cinnamon stick.

Ingredients:
- 3 hibiscus tea bags
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup lime juice (about 3 limes)

- 3 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
